We have responded to you many times and you continue to write these reviews. We provided the most economical service possible for your goods. It was up to you to add multiple more boxes to your shipment, this raises the price no matter which company you decide to go with, in the end you signed and accepted the acceptance form with the revised price for a larger amount of boxes. You packed your own goods and with the service provided you didn’t decide to take out either insurance options available. The reason damages were caused because your items were poorly packed and you weren’t at the address both times we went to deliver and your family members didn’t want to accept the items which caused unnecessary movement of the boxes, this increases the possibility of breakages. You then mentioned the reason why you weren’t there was because you didn’t have a VISA for the country in question. We didn’t even charge for the extra admin work or the extra trips that were taken to deliver at the destination. It’s ridiculous say we purposefully caused damage to anyone’s items. All of this could have been avoided if you packed your belongings properly and if you were there at the destination or if your family accepted the shipment.
