“Avoid at all costs - Most incompetent company in...”

Never, ever, use this company if you value either your goods or service.

I could write a hugely lengthy review, but I really don't wish to waste any moer time thinking about this company. So in summary:

- Delivered at 8am on a Saturday when scheduled for 1pm
- Delivered nine boxes instead of ten
- Couldn't find missing box for three weeks
- Never returned our calls
- Didn't apologise until I asked for one
- No sense of urgency
- Terrible customer service, and tried at all costs to stop me escalating the matter
- Box turned up in another country, and they promised a swift delivery
- Still waiting for the box six weeks after it was found
- They are cowboys, jokers and many other words that I won't repeat here.

Please, please avoid!

I lost eighty odd items plus a smashed bureau and three smashed pictures in a move from UK to Australia in late 2010 .Pickfords have been most uninterested in their Duty Of Care and I am now trying to get a UK lawyer to take up my case on a no win no fee basis
