They lose things, delay & mishandle. Terrible & awful

Let me start by saying I think its a great idea but so mismanaged I would never recommend. I used them once about a year or so ago and they mislead my item for almost 3 weeks. Surely that should have put me off but I did think it was a once off (they didnt even give me any compensation just tons of emails). I left an item with them for the last 3 months and when requested it back they charged me an extra month plus then a deliveyr charge (which they refused to refund the month because it overlapped by 1 day), then for a week they were delivering my "next day" delivery. I had at least 14 phone calls to try get my item. They said they sent 2 items when i only had 1 and most times i had to call their customer support several times as it does not even answer.

I will never ever use this crowd again and surely if you have anything important I suggest you never go them for them to lose it and mislay it. It may be cheap but I can guess as they say it is cheap for a reason.
