They didn't even show up!

We waited almost two hours and they didn't even show up. They called us twice to say that they would have arrived in 30/40 minutes as they previous job overrun and after almost two hours we phoned them and they said that they had an accident with the van and one of the men broke his arm. I hope it wasn't an excuse and the members of staff involved in the crash will be ok, however that happened after we had been waiting a crazy amount of time already.
Given that we only had this weekend to move the main furniture before other people move into our former house, this was a considerable set-back and waste of time for us, especially the couple of hours we just sat around and waited for Handymoves.
