We used this company to store our belongings whilst our house was being renovated . The man who comes to quote is v.charming but as others have commented once signed up and have got your money couldn't have been more unhelpful. When you call they ask for reference no. And what it is concerning ,they then say they will call you back but don't . Most of the team who load and unload are fine but not all we had to ask one to get of an antique table which he was sitting on.
We have asked them repeatedly to collect the boxes after we moved back in but no luck there,they say when they have a van in the area but 5 months on no van,so are left dealing with ourselves. AVOID is my recommendation.
