    I took my 11y/o grandson to the local sporting good store and told him to pick out a .243. I bought it without looking at it myself. What a piece of junk. I own over 20 rifles and have shot many more. It has the worse action of any bolt action I have ever shot. I would exspect better from Remington. ...

    In .270 cal, I have a wonderful gun for the money, first thing was to have the trigger jeweled and the pull is now at 1 1/2 lbs, replaced the 3x9x40 with a DOA 3x12x40 and am able to shoot out to 600 yards.     i think this gun is perfect for an 11 or 12 year old child it does bot do that much harm to anyone i myself have purchased a this gun if you re thinking and cant decide to buy it because its to dangerous well its not i hope you buy it for your child like i did

    This is a classic Remington shotgun done in .410 bore. If you're looking for a smallbore shotgun for not too much money then this Remington is a perfect choice.
