I bought this larder fridge in February 2012 from John Lewis with a 2-year guarantee. It's a great fridge, works well, quiet....but by October 2012 cracks appeared around the plastic bracket that holds on the door handle. In Nov. the handle was replaced under warranty. Last week (April 2013), the replacement handle broke off in my hand and I'm now awaiting another visit from the service engineer. At this rate I might just squeeze in a third replacement handle before my 2-year guarantee runs out........
