I registered with Best Connection in Newcastle for Industrial work and it was a shambles from start to finish. I was interviewed by a 'consultant' named Paula who seemed more interested in herself and telling me how young she looked for her age, very professional start!! (She looked OLDER than her age!!) but she dressed like a 20yr old, embarrassing.
I was offered work a week or so later and took the job, I was told a pay rate and when the money would be in the bank (The following Friday which is the norm with agencies) When I finally did get paid 2 weeks later the pay rate was lower than I had been told, I called the office to speak with Paula but she was not there, I got to speak to Eric the Branch Manager... WOW, MANAGER?!?! He couldn't manage to fart on a diet of baked beans!! He was hopeless and didn't have a clue. The whole experience was terrible from my interview with Old Paula to my converstion with squeeky Eric... DO NOT USE THIS AGENCY!!!!
