“MISLEADING AND WASTE OF TIME”

I contacted a randstad recruiter for a underwriter assistant position that was posted on their website and was asked to submit my resume, I was than asked to come in for an interview and to fill out paper work. It's been a year and have yet to hear back from the recruiter. I again seen a Data Entry position and was asked to submit my resume and update my profile, a day later was asked to complete the typing test and scored a 98; and have yet to hear back from the recruiter even after emailing her for an update on the position she didn't even have enough courtesy to email me back.
