Don't even waste your time with those time wasters called Randstad. Here is my story, I worked before directly for Cadburys for three years, then got laid-off. I learnt via the HR that Cadburys was recruiting via Ranstad, after knowing that i quickly called Randstad, and the informed me to send my CV which i did. They invited me for a writing and mathematics assessment which i did and passed, they then invited me for medical test which i passed, they invited me for a Hygiene course which i did and passed. They phoned me up and invited me for an induction on the 4 of April 2012 at Cadburys Bournville site, after the induction they informed me that i will be starting work in four weeks time from aforesaid date, and all the assessment process was 16 weeks. Would you believe that from 4th of April till today which is the 28th of July 2012 I still have not heard from Randstad again? i have called them on several times and they keep telling me selfish stories that they are still waiting for the employer to give them a time when i would start work. they are time wasters, just do not waste your precious time with them, go and find a work via another reputable source.
