All I know it is said when you have to take a test and you have been working for years doing the same job. I am not in School anymore. How would they like it if they had to take an exam. I am sure they wouldn't do it. There is nothing to like about many agencies, they promise jobs that don't exist. It is just for you to come in and waste your time.

Also, the pay is sad you can hardly pay your bills on the meager income you get.
