All I can say with my experience of employment agencies over the years is the fact that the consultant does not know anything about what you do in the position, I feel like advertising myself as these agencies are run by greedy people without any knowledge of what they are doing, they're just salespeople...and not for the applicant.....I won't apply for any jobs Randstad has advertised, leaves out a few. Perhaps they should research what they're selling. Get rid of all these agencies who quite frankly do not know what they are doing........One fed-up legal secretary/pa with many years experience....
