“AWEFUL- alot never even showed up!!!”

I am in charge of a care center. The company I work for gets fill in staff from Ranstad. The people they send us are ALWAYS late, mostly lazy and VERY FRESH/ GREEN BEHIND THE EARS. Often they do not speak English very well and very often no one appears at a shift at all. out of over 20 staff there have been 2 that are worth the time in experience.
