I can't believe how terrible the treatment was as a candidate at randstad in Tamarac off of commercial and 21st Ave. Minda Hampel is the worst recruiter I have ever delt with in my professional history. She never responded to any of my call back or e-mails. The individuals who answered the phones were sounded as if they were intentionally avoiding I speak to her. "I'm watching her walk out the door now". "If she hasn't called you back it's probably because theres someone more fit for the position. This is completely unprofessional! Even if these statement are true you should bring closer with the individuals that take the time to drive 40 miles to go to a candidate interview and treat them with respect as professionals. It seems that they are more concerned with quickly making a commission then who they bring in and how they are treated. If your looking for a career placement stay away from Randstad!!!!
