When I had my interview to join the agency I explained that I would only be able to work to places that are easily accessible by train or in my home town as at the time I didn't have my own car,
I know my circumstances weren't ideal as I couldn't be too flexible but it's their job to help isn't it? I said I wouldn't mind travelling, but again, I didnt have my own car so it would have to be by train..
I was repeatedly offered jobs in places I couldn't get to (because there were no trains going to those places and I couldn't get a lift) and made to feel bad when I said I couldn't make it to the jobs, I repeatedly had to explain that I didn't have a car to get there and I was never listened to. My emails were never replied to, my phone calls never returned and when I quit the agency they took months to send my p45. I would never recommend them to anyone!!!
