Lca is the best recruitment agency ever! Ive met the best people, especially Morgan and Lynn who have helped me make a career as an estate agent. When I first went to the offices of LCA all the staff were attentive and really made me feel like I was their only client. Lynn and Naomi in particular took great time and effort preparing me as best they could and made the whole process of interviewing and ultimately securing a fantastic job a pleasurable one. I have not often had to use recruitment agencies before, but Tracey has proved to be the 'best of the bunch'. She totally understood my requirements and tailored jobs accordingly. I have a lot to say about LCA! I had a meeting on the Monday with LCA, the staff were very helpfull , told me good points about myself to boost my confidence and prepare me for a future . We have used LCA recruitment since their inception and consistently find their service to be of the highest order. I was in a very sticky situation in my working life and made the phone call that changed my life.
