Joke

I was contacted by hays as they had came across my cv on reed, attended the interview after being promised a ideal role in customer service. Had to wait half and hour for advisor to show up then was asked about what I had previously done even though advisor had my cv in front of her. After 10 minutes of her questions I realised she kept questioning the dates I told her that I had updated my cv and I could email her new one but she said she had taken the cv off my profile information then she told me that I was lying about my roles and was not being honest... I felt like indirectly I was being called a liar then she tells me that the role I was there for would not be available for me as she couldn't refer me with my cv and then tells me but they will contact me if anything minor comes up... Minor... What a joke. I spoke online to a few people I know who told me that hays work have done same to them therefore I suggest people avoid this group as they lie and are unprofessional as they want to send you to jobs you have not asked for stay away.
