I have signed a contract for £10/h, 39.5h/week which should get me about £330/week. Hays signed me up to umbrella company and I end up with £260/week which I wasn't happy with. I have asked to swich me to PAYE and Hays reduced my hourly rate to 8.97 and I end up earning £230/week!!! I have left job next working day after receiving that pay.  be aware!!!!
