Despicable behaviour and you do not want your business associated with them. They would treat the dirt on their shoe better than job applicants. No doubt i'll get a nice sounding reply from some customer service person saying they apoligise for this and that... The corporate structure at Hays is at fault but the bad way I have been treated by them and the monopoly they hold only empowers me further.
