“Could be a lot better”

At first they were ok, left wrong number but got there eventually. I had a man who was excellent, however, did my interview, told i would receive a phone call back letting me know either way...6 hours later, still no call. Waited for 4 hours then just put my phone on loud but nothing. Everything else was good instead of this, surely, they could just let folk know via email or better yet, tell us that if we're unsuccessful they won't phone back.

Not happy.

Poor service, perhaps he may have forgotten but i've wasted my time sitting here waiting for a phone call.
