I have been involved with hays for a long time now, and whilst i have got a few interviews from them, its always the same outcome...

"you were one of the last left, and they were impressed with you, but they found the other candidate fitted the role better"

This endless drivel, from either fussy companies, or bull***ting hays recruitment "consultants" gets me furious!

so much so, that i refuse to use them anymore....
