Applied for a job with these clowns. I was told the job would be for two weeks. Turned out to be 4 days.

Pay day comes around and surprise surprise I havn't been paid.

Here are emails between myself and them:

"As you know we pay every Friday afternoon and you work a week in hand, so when you sent your time sheet last week, you won’t get paid till this week, i.e. today, as this is the week in hand! We can’t just pay time sheet went you send them in, we would be paying people every day otherwise!! 
Your money will be in your account this afternoon!!"

We're have you got it from I expect to be paid on the day the timesheet is handed in? I did not say that nor imply it.
It's now the afternoon and i have not been paid.

"You have been paid, this takes around 2 hours to it your account!
 Any problems please me know
Thanks"

We're is my payslip. You are obstructing my benefits claim. You leave me no choice but to issue an employment tribunal claim...

The legal issues around payslips

Section 8 of the Employment Rights Act 1996 says:“An employee has the right to be given by his employer, at or before the time at which any payment of wages or salary is made to him, a written itemised pay statement.”

 To be honest, I find you quite a rude!! And  demonstrate very little people skills

If you are aware of the law then you know a payslip has to be provided on or before payday. Clearly you have not done this.

I think the issue is your people skills. Several emails have been sent to which you have not replied. It has taken threats of the law to enforce your statuary obligations to receive a reply. Clearly you are inept.

My people skills are fine. I work within the magistrates court dealing with people of all walks of life.

No kindly de register me an hopefully I will not have the misfortune of dealing with you again.

The reason for the none replay is the fact of the all emails were rude and several of them went into the spam folder which I have only just noticed ! apologies

So in summary I was paid late. Did not recieve a payslip. Was told the job was for longer than it actually was.Did not recieve a reply asking for one. Then spent a portion of the day playing insult ping pong with an idiot.
 
My people skills can't be that bad given that the company that used them have taken me on. Thanks for de registering me ERF now your not entitled to a finders fee :)
