About the worst agency you can sign up to.
Plenty of admin and customer service experience and qualifications. Yet no call from them at all not even from applying to positions which get advertised on their website. If you do ring to check, be prepared for uninterested and can't get rid of you fast enough
responses. if you enjoy getting annoyed use them other than that AVOID !!!!!

I couldn't agree with you more. I am waiting to calm down before I post my "experience" with Brook Street because if I do this straightaway, I'll come
across like a rambling mad woman.

I will say I have never come across an agency who are soooo unprofessional, treat you as if you are an idiot, lie to you and if you are the type of person who is not intimidated by them, they will go on the defence. Everybody should AVOID
AT ALL COSTS!!!!! DO NOT TOUCH THEM WITH A BARGE POLE!!! Unless you want to be patronised and lied to.
