I have recently started with them
I used to work with them between 2006 and 2008. No problems ever in that time.
Now, on my very first pay they short paid me. When i asked, politely at first, they said that they can only put in what the client said.
When, after speaking to client, they still said they cant do anything, i told them the client wants an email, they then said, it takes time.
When i complained further, they threatened me further by saying they will remove me from the job.
I then said, I worked for the money so i want the money.
If you try and remove me from the job i will see you in court.
Now they have said that they have contacted the client company about my money and it may be in this weeks or at latest, next weeks pay.
I will wait and see.
If however, it's not, i will bide my time until i have received my full time contract, then i will make a formal complaint to REC. This is The Recruitment and Employment Confederation which is the organisation that runs te rule on agencies.
They can remove their right to be Recruitment Agencies.
