Fast, efficient & friendly

So after finishing my finals and breathing a sigh of relief whilst simultanesously getting a well deserved beer in hand,
i quickly started making efforts to find work, in the process stumbling across BMS performance recruitment on the guardian jobs website, I sent in my CV and a cover letter for a medical sales role they were recruiting for.

The very next day i received and email and phone call regarding a BMS assessment centre, i scheduled this in for the following Tuesday and drove up to the BMS offices in coventry. Arriving at the offices I was greeted by friendly staff and around 30 fellow applicants, the day consisted of both individual and team tasks (the key is to be confident and engaging remember to ask good questions!). My nerves were initially high but i soon relaxed into the calm and collected atmosphere, i cannot praise highly enough the professionalism and efficiency of BMS during this process.

After the assessment centre i was put forward for the job that i initially contacted BMS regarding and to cut a long story short, 2 interviews and an assessment centre later i am know preparing for my next challenge in the working world - BMS helped me achieve what i set out to do in a fast efficient and friendly manner! they are a great recruitment agency and help you become fully prepared for the next steps in your job search process, i highly recommend!!

my only tips are do your prep! as in the words of someone a damn sight more sharp witted than myself "fail to prepare, and prepare to fail" apart from that go and enjoy it, if successful BMS really take care of you and help you all the way through the process, providing insightful tips and wise words that might have slipped your mind.
