Totally unprofessional never return calls, advertise jobs that aren't real, when the advert says a particular industry experience which you have and the company offer training they say oh no they want specific back ground well put that in your advert then please
I feel sorry for companies that use them as they miss out on some good quality candidates because they Never call candidates saying a vacancy has come in with your industry background
