Was offered an interview with these guys as I need to change role due to relocation & fairly happy to meet up with them in Egham as I had previously recruited through them. I can only apologise to those candidates that we took on if they had to sit through the same hour of scripted, patronising self-justification as I was subjected to.

Amusingly in my new role I am tasked with recruiting an entire new software salesteam, needless to say BMS are not on the list!

This is the 1st review I have ever bothered to write which, I hope tells you something. Avoid.
