Got this radio to use in my car. I have been let down by the reliability. The first one I had to return after a month as the display wouldn't display any text. The replacement now wont charge the chargpak. When using it with the adaptor and no chargepak, it shows that it is charging!
Unfortunately, it hasn't lasted that well compared to other DAB radios that I have, which I have had for several years before buying this. Though, to be fair, the replacement has lasted longer.
That said, when it did work, it is an easy to use radio, and the sound is good, even when through my car audio system. It could have been that I have been unfortunate with this radio(s), hence the title of 'A Promising Little Radio'
