I have had a Pure One radio for some 5 years and I have been very happy with it. Last week it stopped working. After having no luck searching the internet to see if I could identify the problem and a possible fix, I e-mailed Pure's Customer Support with details of the symptoms.
Within a day, a Customer Support Analyst e-mailed back diagnosing a faulty power supply unit and offering to send a free replacement.
The replacement PSU arrived today and the radio is back in full working order!
Excellent customer service in this day and age. Well done Pure!
