    This is the worst insurance company that I have ever used. Backed by Aviva, they not only are taking months to look into my claim but also seem to be totally biased towards the third party. Complaint procedure is farcical. I will never use them again and would not recommend them to anyone.

    please cheack first the web site says you can drive a other car on third party fire theft beware when you get your policy througt the door gess what you carnt

    I have spent several hours on the phone attempting to get the RAC to amend a policy document that they incorrectly issued to me. Even though it was their mistake they insisted on charging me an extra £40 as they needed to re-quote the policy. Their customer service is terrible, it takes an age ...

    RAC car insurance are very poor at keeping me informed on how my claim is progressing. Call centre possibly, not UK based, almost inpossible to get through on the phone, have waited upto an 1 hour when transfered from one department to another.
