During this time we have noticed a change in this company from being customer friendly into a ruthless money grabber. The customer service will now make you bust a blood vessel. Batteries and cartomiser life has decayed. Deliveries no longer prompt. Prices increased and dud units not replaced. We are now looking at different suppliers and have come across halo angels who supply batteries to fit and possibly hangsen. Dont waste your money with VIP if you are starting out.
