Going strong at eight weeks

Well it appears to have worked for me - The whole experience was relaxing and reassuring. The memories of this experience certainly remind me of the reasons I decided to kick the habit after 38 years the empowerment I gained in those couple of hours have changed my life. Picking up the phone is certainly the first step to not turning back.
