“Inconsistent Quality”

Hummm. Just finished 2 regular (red) and 2 menthol (green) cartonsiers. First green - ok, taste ok. Good start First red - ok but moderately inconsistent vapour levels, taste ok. Second green - ok but inconsistent vapour levels and after a day or so it started tasting and smelling of something actually burning. Foul! Second red - foul tasting from the start and virtually no vapour. So, not exactly a consistent experience. Way below expectation for the price. E-Lites need to sharpen up... (read more)

At the risk of being accused of working for E-lites (I don't) I'm going to go against the majority here. I actually think they're rather good, and although I still cave in and have the odd real cigarette (mainly at work when under pressure) I would say I am down to 1 or 2 real ones a day. OK they don't give the same "blast" as a lug on a real cigarette, but I'll gladly suffer that if it helps me quit the real thing on health and financial grounds. I've found the battery life quite... “Absolute Rip-Off”

Instead of buying a 10-pack one morning, I grabbed one of the E-Lite starter kits, eight quid for for an electronic cig with the claim that it lasts "30 'Cigarettes' Approx". I haven't felt the urge to smoke while using it, so no complaints there, but on almost every other level it has failed. I'm a light smoker, around 5 cigarettes a day, and I'd barely had the E-Lite for 24 hours before two things started happening. First, the vapour output started trailing off drastically. Then, the... “Good, but could be even better.”

I haven't smoked a cigarette since last June (when i was introduced to e-lites) and this is the first time that i have actually managed to give up for several months. I tried patches, gum, inhalators and didn't find them helpful. I think electronic cigarettes are amazing and recommend them to all my friends. However, there are some problems with E-lites. They seem to be inconsistent in quality. Some cartridges last much longer than others - some don't seem to be giving much vapour at all -... (read more)

There are loads of alternatives. V2 Cigs offer a wide range of flavours & the carts they sell are refillable with their own e-liquid or any competitors e-liquid. If you wish to stick with the cigarette style I would say they are a good choice. Most serious vapers go for a tank system or a mod. The Ego system are a good place to start. check out liberty flights, they are a really excellent site for all things vaping.

All of our E-Tips are batch tested before distribution. If a customer does come across any faulty products whether it is E-Tips or battery, we will replace them once we receive them back at our Head Office if a fault is found.

I smoked tobacco for 25 years. Between 25 and 35 fags a day and up to 50 on a night at the pub. I have been on elites for a year now and here is my honest review for those considering taking them up seriously. “Got addicted to this instead!”

I loved these originally, I went straight to smoking no ordinary cogs at all. But I just got hooked on this instead and, since you can smoke them indoors, I found I was using it WAY more than I would a cig. This meant I got through the cartridges so fast it was costing me double what cigs were. Use this if you a) have heaps of money or b) have the restraint to not use it all the time. (read more)

They do not last very long at all, in fact a cartridge only lasts me about 1 day. Which is surprising as it is supposed to be around 40 cigarettes. (read more)

Good afternoon.

E-tips are estimated to be worth approx. 40 cigarettes based on the average human inhalation being 1.5 seconds & a whole regular cigarette being consumed within 10, 1.5 second inhalations. If these guidelines are adhered to, you should find that E-Tips last longer for you, another tip we offer to customers is to only take a couple of short inhalations at one time, this can be beneficial as the product is not a lit component you can simply put it down & pick it up when you need a ‘hit’.
Taking longer drags of an E-Tip will dramatically decrease the life span of the individual tip. I know from personal experience an E-Tip will last me no longer than a day and a half at most. I would strongly recommend keeping your battery fully charged, as taking inhalations on a dying battery can cause a restricted ‘hit’.

Your wrong mate....if its only lasting you a day then you must be smoking it pretty much constantly. If you have problems with restraining yourself, the best thing to do is dismantle it every time you use it, put it back in its case and put it away out of sight. You dont really think about it then you and cant be assed to keep assembling it. Also, i agree the flavour goes after a day or two but you still get a decent nicotine kick out of it for at least a week even if it dont taste very nice. Lets be honest, normal cigs dont taste that good anyway. Ive found this product to be good enough for my needs.

I decided to try the E-Lites as my sister partner had like myself tried in the past to give up cigarettes and he bought a starter kit which he found to be great for trying to give up smoking. I have only just discovered Elite cigarettes and really pleased with them so far. I've tried to quit on numerous occasions using gum and patches and haven't managed to last longer than a couple of weeks before I fall back into smoking again! Really pleased with Elites so far as they're isn't really a difference to smoking a normal cigarette so it's easy to get rid of cigarette cravings by using this product instead! I have tried many ecigs but found e-lites are overall the best. They are not the cheapest but the taste is good, better than others and more like the fags I smoke. Firstly I have had some issues with E-Lites over delivery but that has only been with the demand for the product recently which has affected their service. I wish I had read the reviews before purchasing this product. The battery I had barely lasted a few hours so I sent it back I suspect that they just returned it to me in the post as it is still the same! Its a bit pointless acting all bothered about customer service now, for everyone else`s benefit on here. If Dillon couldnt help then why was he even answering e-mails? Also I think you`d find many companies would be more than offended re your statement on quality. Check out ukvapers or e-cig-reviews forums. Ever heard of a Provari, Lavatube, GG? Plus many many more. Trouble is with e-lites is that they have obviously spent plenty on advertising but not a great deal on quality. They rely on mugs like I was, who knew nothing about ecigs or what you can get elsewhere for your money.

I deal with people in my own job and just for your next time you ring up a company it pays to be calm and respectful, it goes along way i had a similar expierience with a faulty tip, i rang up and was dealt with politley by (name removed) no problem sir the replacement was delivered in the post by first class and i have found that this is first class service treat people the way you like to be treated lesson in that dont wee in the wind it comes back on you great service e-lites a happy customer

i recently purchased the E-lites E200 starter kit through an offer on Groupon. The customer services is great for a start, replied to an email within an hour. The actual pack is very sturdy and has a USB charging cable attached to the bottom of the pack which is very convenient if in the office..ect the smoke and taste is very similar to a real cig (if not a little sweeter) and is helping me pack in the habbit of smoking Overall very impressed with the product and the company itself! I've tried a number of electronic cigarettes in the past and this is by far the best yet. In the past month I've been through a single pack of 20 cigarettes and that's been either due to a flat battery or because I've left my e-lite at home/work. I never expected it to become a succesful replacement for a real cig and readers (esp hardcore smokers) are going to look at this with a big "as if." This product is brilliant, I love the website, the customer service is fantastic and the product itself is great! Bought the regular starter kit online before Reading Festival as I knew the usual patches I was on wouldn't keep me from smoking in the festival atmosphere. The electronic cigarettes gave me the nicotine kick I needed and the smoke looked pretty awesome, even able to blow smoke rings!!!
