I decided to try the E-Lites as my sister partner had like myself tried in the past to give up cigarettes and he bought a starter kit which he found to be great for trying to give up smoking. I have tried the nicotine gum, lozenges,Inhalators all of no use, so I bought myself the Duo3 starter kit and after 2 weeks I have went from smoking 40 cigarettes a days to 2 cigarettes and instead of my cigarettes burning away, I can take a draw out of the E-Lite whenever I want which means I do not even use 1 tip a day, and the saving I have been able to make is fantastic. Also at work it is very good and with being a nurse it means I can sit in the staff room, enjoy my coffee and use it instead of having to go outside of the hospital grounds and not coming back smelling of stale smoke is another bonus. I recommended it to my mother and a cousin's wife and they have both bought the E-Lites and my mother has not smoked since starting and the cousin's wife has reduced her cigarette intake by half. A
