i recently purchased the E-lites E200 starter kit through an offer on Groupon.
The customer services is great for a start, replied to an email within an hour. The actual pack is very sturdy and has a USB charging cable attached to the bottom of the pack which is very convenient if in the office..ect
the smoke and taste is very similar to a real cig (if not a little sweeter) and is helping me pack in the habbit of smoking

Overall very impressed with the product and the company itself!
