Slow service & poor quality product

I ordered a personalised jigsaw puzzle for Christmas and paid £30. There were delays with the printing of the puzzle, however the company still posted royal mail and the puzzle did not arrive in time for Christmas. The worst of it is that the puzzle itself is poor quality, we are spending most of the time pulling bits of cardboard off the sides of the puzzle in order to make the peices slot together and the box is like something out of Blue Peter, it has been made by sticking paper over the top of a box previously made for something else, not what you expect for £30.
