“delivery instructions ignored”

I specified on my order that I wanted part of the order delivered on 10th Dec (for a birthday) for which I paid and the rest to a different address. This was completely ignored and the whole order was sent straight away to one address. I contacted you but you said you had no record of the written instructions. I then had to arrange for the first recipient to forward part of the order to the second person at her own expense. . Far from ideal. Sorry as I like to support small companies but on this occasion I was disappointed by the service.
