Was very impressed with the Uberchild travel system. it was delivered really quickly and it arrived together in 2 separate boxes. the boxes werent too bulky so i could transport them myself into the kithcen after receiving from the postman. i couldnt wait until my partner got home so i opened the boxes myself. took the frame of the pushchair out, which was pretty lightweight and manageable. after i managed to open up the frame i put the wheels on, easily i might add. then the rest came together simply as it should. strolelr unit. this was a nice, easy unit to put onto the frame of the pushchair, it has multiple recline positions and its lovely ad cosy. there is also a bumper bar which licks on and off easily and it comes also in the box. the unit can face the parent or face the other way. the carrycot has vents on the bottom and the side so it would be safe for overnight sleeping provided you have a safety mattress. im not too sure i the mattress which comes with it was a safety mattress but i have a moses basket anyway. the car seat at first impressions was really, really nice, i also has vents on the side, is lightweight but really robust. seems like a solid safe car seat. it also has a removable hood which is made of a kind of soft velvet material. and to top it off it has a really nice leather grip on the handle. the attention to detail is really impressive. the only down side to the system was that you need to push the buttons on the car seat down before clicking the seat onto the frame, just takes a few seconds to get used to but theres instructions on how to do it sitting on the seat when you open the box. using the uberchild travel system while out walking is really good, i definately noticed a few people double looking and then trying to see the name of the buggy. one girl asked me where i got it so it definatley passes the test of being a looker. the thing that made me want this system before other ones was that so much comes included in the box, i got the bottle holder, footmuff, bag, rancover, changing mat, car seat, carrycot and cant think what else but a lot anyway. and for the price i was very, very impressed. oh i forgot the isofix base, what a great little addition, not only is it stylish and easy to use, they include the isofix base, now thats really making it too easy as i can just click the car seat onto the base much quicker than if i belted it in every time.
