“Rough place - poor customer service”

Ignored twice by staff behind bar. Had to shout over the din to get attention! Locals not managed - loud, ffing and blinding and populating the whole length of the bar - difficult to order. Food was good if a bit expensive. Wouldn't return - rough and not for the visitor, despite the prime location for Winney the Pooh.
