“Great Service, Great Value”

I was recommeded by a friend to use iThink and I was a little sceptical at first as it seemed too good to be true. I was going to save £1000's in estate agent fees so thought there has to be a catch. I was wrong, as I sold my house pretty quickly and saved enough money to take the family on holiday to Florida. So a big thank you to everyone iThink. (read more)

“Everyone should use them”

Having looked at various options, I thought I would give iThink a go seeing as I could save lots of money in fees. Well I am pleased I did as the whole process was simple and I sold my house in no time. Other people I know have recently sold their houses too but by using a traditional local agent so they paid considerably more than me in fees. I don't think they will do that again now that they are aware of iThink. I will have no hesitation in using them if I move house again. (read more)

After my friend got an offer on her house in Cornwall i looked at the site and I ended up speaking to them about a few things, they were very professional and I ended up renting my house out with them, from the other side of the country. “Great service, sold my house fast and saved over £3k...”

Really was impressed with not just their service but the whole concept of selling my house for just a few hundred pounds. They talked me through the way it works and I have to say I was still a little sceptical, but I decided to give it a go mailnly because I had the potential of saving £3400 in fees. Well they delivered on every front and I was so happy when I didnt have to send a hige fee to an estate agent on the completion day !! Will definately use them again and you should. (read more)
