BEWARE and KEEP your hard earned money away from Timeshare RealtySpecialists aka Vacation Tree aka who knows by what other name!?!?! They are double-talking dodgers who smoothly tell you what you want to hear and even when you GRILL "EM like a cheese burger....they still have all the answers! ....Until after you give them your money then they are no where to be found. They cease to exist. The salesman who called you daily has fallen off the face of the earth. ....Period. Now, you get to talk to the dim-wit customer service mannequin who gives you more double talk and runs you around in circles and tells you "we have no connection to the sales dept (who sold you this worthless agreement) and do not know anybody in the sales dept". ...yeah, right. When you get mad at this evasive, unhelpful action on the part of the mannequin....she says...."are you threatening me?!? Not really, but you'd like to.
I'm generous when I give a one star rating. This forum should allow for negative stars. So, please know....one star is far too much. These larcenous liars deserve a NEGATIVE rating along with JAIL TIME!
PLEASE slam the phone down on these bottom feeding boiler room boys! They will do NOTHING but take your money and run. You WILL NOT get but $1 at the end of the "guaranteed" buy out program in 10 months after you give away your money. A VERY poor return for perhaps upwards of $1,000 that you give them. And then along with your hand full of pocket change you'll most likely get all the transfer bills and office cost with whatever other fees they can conjure up so that you can give them even more of your hard earned money. And in the end...no true reason to believe that they even get rid of the timeshare for you. Folks....RUN!!!! They have an "F" rating with the Better Business Bureau. They claim to be real estate professionals but according to BBB, they do NOT have a license! Look it up for yourselves as it's all out there on the internet. We just didn't do enough homework.
