I had a bad experience when I put my house on the market with sequence homes, very few people were actually sent around to view my property (2 in total)I was not kept informed as to what was happening, I was not advised as to how to try and sell my house, my house details were kept in the shop window for 1 week then relegated to the back of the agents, I paid the original fee to the agents however after 18 months my house was taken off the market by sequenec homes and I was then sent a bill for the HIP that I had to have at the time over all over £1100 for totally nothing !!!!
