BUT the bait & switch deal at the beginning with the $1.00 charge vs $12 a month got me real sour.

The lady on the phone was patient with me while explaining how I needed to only get the $1 report.

Ugh....then I get a report on the wrong address. Sour again.

But the Live Chat person was great.

And now I get an email from Brian that says I'm getting the correct report.

I certainly hope so.....so I'll still give you 5 stars.

Maybe you should consider giving people the report without the hassle of charging more money. I, for one as a real estate investor, might consider using it again for 4 reports a month.
