I am so upset by the way my case has been handled. I've chased and chased them. Repeatedly asked to send in same information. The past four days I have been waiting to exchange and here I am still trying. All other party's are ready and ringing me complaining as they are getting no response from my solicitor. My original copy's of documents arrived in their post room on Friday , now it's Thursday and they still have not been past over. They say they can only email the post room and do not have a phone number to chase them up with ! What ! I'm suppose to complete on the 31st March which isfriday, and now it's already Monday and I'm still chasing them for exchange,,,,,,

I wrote this review on Sunday night late. After shaky and angry start to Monday morning my case was taken over by the line manager. She has given me back a bit of faith in this company. She has got my case back on track and helped me greatly. Will keep updating this review as we go into the last few days... Watch this space. Thank you
