From day one we had a point of contact and always being made aware of what was going on and the next steps!
They also have a facility online for you to follow your case from start to finish, providing you with all correspondence they send off to the third party along with anything that you need to do too!
Made the other TP solicitor look very amateurish and was constantly on their case to get things moving forward and completed!
You can put complete confidence in them to return calls, reply to emails and in the event you have any concerns they are more than happy to discuss it with you!
Would recommend them to anybody that is looking for a no hassle, stress free purchase!!!
