Excellent Conveyancing Service, very prompt

The service provided by PPL has been our best experience thus far (after a couple of real estate purchases till date...and different conveyancers in each case).

We had a very tight deadline to make as we were coming off a short-term tenancy and needed to move into our new property as soon as possible. At the end, we were able to meet our deadline (thank God) with the help and professionalism of the PPL team.

To go into details, we enjoyed the prompt and quick service offered particularly via the use of the online tool. We were able to get the conveyancing process (registration and set-up) going within a couple of hours. We found the video intro to the conveyancing process and using the web-tool very client friendly. In addition, a lot of time and effort was saved during the conveyancing process as required documentation were uploaded online by the conveyancing team via the secure online tool for our retrieval and attention. We also received clear instructions on actions required and estimated time-scales (most of the services/searches were completed ahead of schedule... to our huge relief and peace of mind).

We were promptly notified via e-mail, text messages and follow-up calls whenever documentation requiring our attention had been uploaded online. Furthermore, we received regular status updates via personal calls from the conveyancing team. The PPL team were also very proactive, showed good understanding of our needs and great professionalism in trying to ensure our tight-schedule was met. Our experiences with other conveyancers in the past had been quite the opposite (as we or the sales agent did all the chasing up).
