“Worst service ever received”

After emails asking to be notified by text if any enqueries received nothing changed. I made lots of calls to office and got no replies. I had to say I would call every 1/2 hour until I got a response. I did this and eventually got a call. People coming to house to view had had the same problem. I was unable to go to site and change any details as the bond had not come up on the information.

very disappointed and would not use again, no matter how cheap.

i had the exact same experience. Once padres have got your money, they dont return any calls. total wast of money and my time. i am a landlord. Avoid these people.
