We were selling and our buyers were using latimerlee. Throughout the process my solicitor had problems getting latimerlee to do anything that would progress our case. We were deseperate to sell and we know that that buyers were keen to move in however this was lost on latimerlee. They took an eternity to check enquiries and even when everything was ready they took nearly 2 weeks to confirm they were ready to exchange. Apparently a partner had tosign the file off. When it came to completion day we didnt complete until the last minute because latimerlee didnt send the money soon enough...this was because they hadnt requested their mortgage money!!!!! Shocking and completely incompetent. Stay away..and let your buyer or seller know too if they instruct latimerlee.
