Having used previous site for many years I am appalled by the recent update and changes to the site. Difficult to find matches and when you investigate further the property you are looking at although might be available the criteria of the person advertised does not match you. You cannot email the person directly which is also a problem that should be addressed. I have tried responding to several ads where it states you can't contact directly, however, no response has been received to any of these requests. Its been rendered virtually useless and have to be resigned to staying where I am in unsuitable property for my needs.
