I tried to sell my property in Spain whilst living in the UK , it was proving like mission impossible as agents in Spain had given up on my property. I found Homesgofast.com and thought I would give it a try. I actually found the homes near to my mine on the site for sale. I beat the price the others were being sold for and after 2 months had an enquiry from a couple looking to retire in Spain . We so,d the property after asking a local agent to show the couple around. I saved money in Spanish agents commission . Good site worth a try if you like me wanted to sell a home abroad.The risk is low I would have liked to see more evidence that they actually sold property.
